With the ever increasing awareness of the precarious ecological balance and of the necessity for utilising natural resources in a less invasive way, Brooks Bros is at all times striving to obtain it's product from a sustainable source.

We are members of the Timber Trade Federation and the Forests Forever Campaign, whose purpose it is to ensure continuing, plentiful timber supplies for the world.

Brooks Bros are corporate Members of the Timber Research and Development Association, now accredited with membership of the Timber Trade Federation's "Conduct Assurance Scheme" and "Responsible Purchasing Policy".

Brooks Bros also have BMTRADA "Forests Chain of Custody" [FSC] for Malaysian and African timbers, PEFC - Chain of Custody for all enclosed Hardwoods, Softwoods and Panel Products. FSC Chain of Custody has also be attained for Pure and Mixed Softwood, Pure and Mixed Flooring, Pure Hardwood and FSC mixed Door Blanks.

The most recent additions to our range of accreditations are FSC Recycled Rosewood [dalbergia latifolia] and FSC Recycled Teak [tectona grandis].
